Dr. Subrina D. Oliver is the Founder of the O-High Foundation, Inc. a (501 c-3) not-for-profit company. Dr. Oliver earned a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science (with a focus on Occupational Education), a Master of Education in Leadership & Administration, and a Master of Business Administration in E-Business as a result of her career ambitions. She is a veteran NYSEd Educator with over 21 years of experience (adding Career & Technical Education disciplines as well as Building and District Administrator roles); multiple education licenses (i.e., School District Leader, School Business Administrator, Technology Education, and Business & Marketing Education); and certifications (i.e., Master Scheduler, PLTW – Principles of Engineering and Introduction to Engineering Design; and EbD – Engineering by Design). Dr. Oliver was one of the first K-12 Directors of STEM Education (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) and CTE (Career and Technical Education) on Long Island, as well as an Adjunct Professor for a SUNY Automotive Department.
